What we do
Every line straight, every joint even.
For all your wall and floor tiling, floor prep and any construction needs. From a single wall to a whole room, one tiler from first visit to final grout line.
Wall and floor tiling
Our main trade, and the one we have spent over twenty years getting right. Walls and floors, from a single room to a whole ground floor, set out carefully so the finished layout is seamless.
Full bathroom installations
Complete bathroom installations, not just the tiling, so the whole room is planned and finished as one job by the same pair of hands.
Floor preparation and underfloor heating
A tiled floor is only as good as what is under it. We prepare the whole floor first, and can mat it ready for underfloor heating before a single tile goes down.
Kitchens
Kitchen floors and kitchen walls, right up to the whole room tiled, with advice on your options before any work starts.
Property maintenance
Alongside the tiling we take on general property maintenance and other construction work, so one call can cover more than one job.

Patterned, plain, large-format or herringbone.
A few recent floors and rooms from homes around Lincoln. Whatever the tile, the preparation and the setting out get the same care.
Recently completed
A whole bungalow floor, ready for underfloor heating.
We’ve completed the full ground floor of this bungalow, fully prepared and matted to accommodate underfloor heating, ready for tiling with a modular tile layout.
Another project completed to a high standard, with careful preparation to ensure the perfect base for the finished floor.
- Floor preparation
- Underfloor heating
- Modular layout
- Whole ground floor
A modular layout mixes tile sizes in a repeating set, so the floor has to be flat and true before the first tile goes down.
How a job runs
No surprises, from the first visit to the last tile.
We come and look
Give us a call or send a message and we will arrange a visit to see the room, measure up and hear what you have in mind.
Honest advice
We talk you through your options and what the job really involves, in plain terms, so you know exactly what you are getting before anything starts.
A price, a time frame, a start date
You get a clear price and a schedule, and we stick to them.
Careful preparation
The base comes first. Floors are prepared properly so the finished surface is flat, solid and built to last.
Precise, tidy finish
Straight lines, a seamless layout, and your home left clean and tidy at the end of the job.

“The job he did for us was incredibly precise and better than we could have hoped for.”
“Having contacted Anthony he was able to visit within a few days and look at my kitchen with us wanting virtually the whole room tiled. Anthony was able to give advice with regards to our options which was very helpful and subsequently came back to us with a very reasonable price, a time frame for the job with a start date all of which he stuck to. Throughout the job Anthony was friendly, polite and professional. The job he did for us was incredibly precise and better than we could have hoped for. I would have no hesitation in having further work done by Anthony or in recommending him to anyone who is wanting a first class job done.”
“I cannot recommend Anthony enough. He just finished tiling my floors and the result is amazing. He is extremely detail-oriented—every line is perfect and the layout is seamless. It’s clear he’s a perfectionist who doesn’t cut corners. I’m so happy with how it turned out!”

“Booked Anthony to do my kitchen floor back in the summer, with work to be completed in October half term. Prompt comms, came round and gave an insightful and honest assessment of work to be done. Answered all my questions in a clear way, that as a non-expert, I was able to to understand the entire process. The quality of workmanship was very high and I would recommend him wholeheartedly.”
Matthew FidoGoogle review, November 2025
